When operators retrieve the designated workpieces, there are instances where they may mistakenly pick up similar-shaped or colored workpieces due to visual confirmation. Additionally, barcodes and QR codes can be significantly affected by heat and dirt during processes like painting, making it difficult to read when attached to the back of the workpiece. Therefore, we have adopted RFID tags. This system utilizes RFID for production management.
